Food vendor application!

Date of Event: 8/29/2020

Cost of Food Booth/ Food Truck : $200.00 Address of Event: 619 S Greeley Hwy Vendors must provide their own equipment ie; canopies, chairs, etc… Vendors must have their own Laramie County Health permits, Liability Insurance, and tax licenses All Fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the events No electricity or running water available: Limited inside spots available

Event time: 2pm -6pm
Set up time: 9am- 1pm Break down time: 8pm-11pm

You agree to the following:

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same conditions as they found it or a $25 fee will be accessed. Food Vendors are required to have a commissary within 30 miles or 30 minutes of the Event where all Food Prep, includes washing and cutting of produce, shall be done.

Southside Sluggers, Madhouse BJJ, J & P or any of their of affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost , stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the 1 st Annual Wyoming Showdown.
